Products

Are products on this site authentic or are they reproductions?

All of our physical items are authentic and not reproductions. We do our best to accurately describe each item and will include when it was made when possible. Please see the definitions of some of the common terms used on Crafty Lisa’s Vintage:

  • Modern: Under 10 years old; produced in 2014 or later
  • Retro: 10-19 years old; produced between 2004 and 2013
  • Vintage: 20-99 years old; produced between 1924 and 2003
  • Antique: 100 years old or older; produced in 1923 or earlier
  • Digital: A downloadable file that will be emailed when ordered; no physical product will be mailed for these items

How do I know if an item is in stock or sold out?

We have three (3) phrases that we use to let you know if an item is in stock, on backorder, or out of stock.

  • [#] in stock: This shows quantity that is currently on-hand, pre-packaged and ready to ship.
  • Available on backorder: We do not have any sets currently ready to ship, but have more of that item in our inventory. If you order a product on backorder, your order will be shipped as soon as we have it packaged; this is usually within the typical 3 business days, but may require an extra day of processing time.
  • Out of stock: The item is sold out and will most likely not be available again. The products that are out of stock cannot be added to your cart.

 

Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently use PayPal to process all of the payments received through this site. We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Venmo payments. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to place an order on our site.

Can I combine shipping with an order I placed on Instagram?

At this time, orders placed through this website and claims made on Instagram are managed by different systems, so we would not be able to combine shipping between the two platforms.

Why am I being charged sales tax?

If your shipping address is in the state of Oklahoma, we are required to collect and remit sales tax. The sales tax amount will not show in your cart until you enter your Oklahoma shipping address.

I live outside the United States, why am I unable to complete my order?

This is most likely because we do not currently ship to your country. Click here to see the list of countries we sell and ship to. Please send an email to sales@craftylisasvintage.com and let us know what country you would like us to add. We will email you once your country is available for shipping.

 

Shipping

How do you make sure the paper items I order do not get bent or damaged in transit?

Each set you order is individually packaged, carefully secured onto cardstock, and shipped flat in a padded envelope.

How soon after placing an order do you ship?

We ship orders within three (3) business days of an order being placed. Our current shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, except postal holidays.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order once it has shipped?

  • Orders shipped to U.S. addresses: All U.S. orders are automatically shipped via USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive at their destination 2-5 business days after the Post Office receives the package.
  • Orders shipped to countries outside the United States: All international orders are shipped via USPS International Package Service and typically arrive at their destination within 7-21 days after the Post Office receives the package.

Am I able to upgrade to a faster shipping method?

  • Orders to be shipped to U.S. addresses: Yes, simply add the [Priority Mail Upgrade item text link] to your cart prior to checkout and your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail instead of USPS First Class Mail. Please note that the cost of the Priority Mail Upgrade is in addition to the standard flat rate $5.95 shipping charge. Upgrading the shipping method will not shorten the processing time necessary to properly package your order.
  • Orders to be shipped to countries outside the United States: At this time, we do not offer shipping upgrades for international orders. Unfortunately, shipping international packages via Priority Mail is very expensive and varies greatly by country. In the future, if we add a way to upgrade shipping for international orders, we will provide that information here in the FAQs.

Where can I find the tracking information for my order?

Upon shipping each order, the tracking information is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Returns/Refunds

What happens if I have an issue with an order?

Please send an email to sales@craftylisasvintage.com and we will respond within one (1) business day. We will work with you to find an acceptable solution to any concerns you may have.

Do you allow returns or offer refunds?

Due to the nature of vintage products, we do not currently accept returns or offer refunds. Please be sure to read the detailed product descriptions prior to placing your order. We are determined to provide you with the best shopping experience and will do our absolute best to address and correct any issues that may arise.
